Get Involved with Bridge City Music Festival

There are several ways you can get involved with Bridge City Music Festival depending on your specific talents and interests.

Musicians: Applications for the 2023 festival are currently closed due to the huge amount of interest.  If you have already submitted an interest email, we will be making decisions and calling bands sometime in mid-March.  If you don’t hear from us, that means you didn’t get picked for this year.  Thank you for your interest in our festival and we hope to see you at the event if you’re in the area.  Please check back periodically for other opportunities as they become available.  Thank you!

Volunteers: We are always looking for fellow community members to help out at the event itself and various fundraising activities throughout the year. There are several areas where help is needed including, but not limited to, stage crew, security, vendor support, green room attendant, donation tent attendant and more! If you would like to become a volunteer of BCMF, please fill out the volunteers application by clicking the link below.

Committee Members: If you would like to volunteer as a memeber of the BCMF Planning Committee, please fill out the committee member application in the link below. We are always looking for new members of the community to get involved in all it takes to put on this event each year.

Vendors: If you would like to have a table at Bridge City Music Festival to either sell your products or represent your business or organization, please fill out the Vendors application by clicking the button below. If you are a food vendor, you must have the proper permit and licensing to vend at the specific location for our event. Bridge City Music Festival is not liable for helping you obtain such licensure; it is the vendors sole responsibility to ensure they have the proper licensing and/or permits. All licensures and/or permits must be held prior to applying for a place at this years event. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PRIMARILY OURDOOR EVENT! All vendors must bring their own table(s), tent(s), and chairs and are individually responsible for their own items and sales. We require each vendor to have tents that protect their booth from general outdoor elements. If the weather is unreasonable to hold the event outdoors, the event will either be postponed or canceled. Such decisions are announced closer to the event. It is your responsibility to check the BCMF Facebook and Website for such decisions and updates.
